Dem Namen des Weges zufolge gibt es entlang diesem viele kleine Brunnen mit Almquellwasser. Es gibt daher zusätzlich zu den offiziellen Jausenstationen genügend Möglichkeiten seinen Durst zu stillen. Nur vereinzelt sind solche Brunnen mit Schildern „Nur für Rindviecher“ gekennzeichnet. Diese sollten natürlich auch diesen vorbehalten bleiben und nicht für den menschlichen Genuss herangezogen werden. Wo dieser Hinweis jedoch fehlt besteht keine Bedenken seine Trinkflasche neu aufzufüllen.Es gibt verschiedenen Einstiegsmöglichkeiten in diesen Rundwanderweg, wobei für die Cachesuche der Haupteinstieg am Pogusch (Stage 1) sinnvoll ist, da ansonsten der Cache nur mit Extrakilometern gehoben werden kann. Weiters ist es sinnvoll nicht blind nach den GPS Koordinaten querfeldein zu laufen, sondern einfach der Beschilderung (Schilder „Bründlweg“ mit einer Flasche über dem Schriftzug) zu folgen, da alle Stationen direkt auf diesem Weg liegen. Nur der Cache selbst liegt abseits vom Weg.

Hier findet sich eine Parkmöglichkeit, der Einstieg in den Rundwanderweg und zugleich auch die erste (und durch den Rundkurs natürlich auch letzte) potentielle Labungsstation:Das Wirtshaus „Steirereck“. Trotz des ländlichen und urigen Designs keineswegs eine einfache Jausenstation, sondern ein Speiselokal der gehobenen Klasse (laut Gault Millau: Hoher Grad an Kochkunst, Kreativität und Qualität) wo man mit einer vorherigen Reservierung sehr gut bedient ist. Aber keine Angst, auf dem Weg gibt es genügend andere Möglichkeiten sich zu stärken.

Along the trail you can see many fountains and springs. Some of the founts are marked for cattles only, you shouldn't use them and leave them for the cattles. At the other founts you can fill your waterbottle if you like. There are a lot of possibilities to start the loop trail, but for the cache it is the best to start at the main entrance at the Pogusch (stage 1) if you choose another start you have to walk alot of kilometers more than necessary. It makes no sense to follow the GPS coordinates straight ahead, you should better watch for the official signs (signs „Bruendlweg” with a bottle on it) all the stages are at the loop trail, just the cache is a bit offroad.

The tavern „Steirereck is an upper class restaurant (anexed Gault Millau: High grade of cooking art, creative and very good quality) and you should book a table if you like to eat here. But don't be afraid, you will have the possibility to strengthen yourself in one of the next taverns.
The tavern is open from thursday to sunday.
