Der schnellste Anstieg beginnt beim Parkplatz nahe der Strassenkreuzung zwischen Burgstall und Hammersberg.

Nach Paulas Sturmschäden ist der erste Steigaufschwung noch etwas unschön und mühsam auf Traktorspuren zu überwinden. Alternativ kann man vom Parkplatz aus der Asphaltstraße folgen bis rechts eine Forststraße mit Schranken abzweigt. Dieser Forststraße folgt man bis bei einem weißen Farbfleck ein Weg rechts zum Kamm führt wo man auf den anderen Steig trifft.
Ab hier folgt man dem deutlichen Steig durch Wald und felsige Wiesen bis zum Cache.
Der Cache ist am obligatorischen Felsvorsprung in unmittelbarer Kreuznähe mit freien Blick nach NW versteckt.
Dauer hin und zurück ~1h
Vom Gollersattel (siehe Hungry Mountain) kommt man auch herauf - bei diesen Weg sollte man aber eine Karte dabeihaben, will man sich nicht im Forststrassengewirr verirren.

Since Paula visited this area, the first steep part isn't as nice to walk as it used to be. Alternatively you can follow the road for a bit until a logging road branches off to the right. Follow this road upwards until a path branches of the right (white marking on the rockface). Follow this path upwards until you reach the ridge and with it the original path
From this point just follow the obvious path through woods and rocky meadows to the cache.
The cache is hidden on the obligatory rock-outcropping in close proximity to the cross.
Time needed: ~1h
You could also start your ascent at the Gollersattel (see: Hungry Mountain), take a map with you if you do though, since it's easy to get lost in the labyrinth of logging roads there.
