HackersQuest - a webbased riddle
HackersQuest ist ein GeoCache der sich an User mit nem "starkem"
Computerbezug richtet. Man benötigt dafür eine gute Portion
Weberfahrung und grundlegende Programmierkenntnisse werden auch
nicht schaden. Ich hab lange Zeit darüber nachgedacht, ob es
sinnvoll ist, so einen Cache online zu stellen. Aber da ich in
einigen Profilen gesehen hab, dass hier viele im IT-Bussines
"zuhause" sind hab ich mich dann doch dazu durchgerungen.
HackersQuest is a geocache wich is mainly aimed on computerjunkies
and similar folks. To solve the riddles which will guide you to the
final coordinates, you have to have a well biased webexperience and
some programming skills wont hurt.
So, wie komme ich nun zum Cache?
Die Koordinaten, die oben angegeben sind, liegen in der Nähe der
Cachelocation. Um zu den genauen Daten (und ein paar
Spoiler-Bilder) zu kommen muss man die drei Passwort-Sperren auf
http://hq.danyserv.selfip.org/
umgehen. Eine genauere Beschreibung zu den einzelnen "Stages"
findest du auch auf dieser Seite.
Also: Achtung!! Um die Aufgaben zu lösen, braucht
ihr eine Internetverbindung und einiges an Zeit. Also nicht mit den
obigen Koordinaten losziehen - das würde nichts bringen :)
Okay, how can i start?
The above coordinates are only in the proximitry of the cache. You
have to gain the final coordinates through by-passing some password
checks, which you will find at: http://hq.danyserv.selfip.org/.
You also find there detailed Description and some spoiler-pictures
of the final location.
So: To solve the riddles, you need a connection to
the internet and a decent amount of time. It wont help you to pack
your things and start to the coordinates stated above.
