This spot is special for a number of reasons. It is part of the beautiful Cabrillo National Monument on Point Loma (note: there is a $5.00 per vehicle fee to enter). It is near some great tide-pools - be sure to check them out before you leave. And it is the location of the famous PodCacher Proposal - where Sonny asked Sandy to marry him in 2004.
Take a walk along the cliffs, enjoy the fantastic ocean view, AND - before you go, complete the following challenge...
Your challenge: Take a "Proposal" Photo. If there is more than one of you - Take a photo of yourselves with one of you down on your knee (as in classic proposal position). If you are alone, take a photo of yourself down on one knee.
