Great option for extra space
I just received the Deuter external pockets and think they are going to be a great option for extra storage on backpacking trips. My pack doesn't have any easily accessible, external pockets so these will work great for those frequently needed/used items that I don't want to dig in my pack for whenever I stop to rest and can be removed and stored.
