ESSENTIAL
Both the leader and the follower should have one. The clip is perfect, it means less extra gear. I like to tie it to my harness with a flexible cord, and clip the tool to my harness. The big head is much better than a normal tool. I had a normal, cheap one and converted over. Don't do that to yourself, just start out with the better one.

Nice for your palm
This nut tool works like the others with some very cool improvements. The end is beefed up with a nice palm protecter for slapping out those tight peieces, and the wire gate makes it easy to get on and off my harness.
