Geocache Description:

Available in winter if there is not heavy snowcover. Wheelchairs up to the last 20 feet or so to get the cache itself.

You will hear alot of honking around here, very popular spot for geese. This cache is located off the Eisenbahn State Trail. Opened in Spring 2006, the Eisenbahn State Trail runs 22.5 miles from West Bend north to rural Fond du Lac County. One of the only trails in West Bend where you are allowed to walk your dog! The trail passes through the villages of Kewaskum and Campbellsport and someday will end in the Village of Eden, 1.5 miles north of its present terminus. The surface is crushed limestone. West Bend plans to pave its 5.1-mile section with asphalt. This is a mostly-flat rail-trail suitable for riders of all abilities. The Geocache Notification Form has been submitted to William Mitchell of the Wisconsin DNR and he has approved it's placement.
