Keystone: While this cache was placed with the park's knowledge way back in 2001, two years later the DCNR instituted a permit system. It appears that this cache was never processed through the permit system, and in any event permits expire after three years unless renewed. In addition, the cache owners have since moved out of state. Therefore, Geocaching.com will honor the land manager's wishes by archiving this listing.
