My avian counterparts would be quick to point out that they would "fly" a mile, but what do they know?
One day, resting in my quiet nice little corner of the world, I woke to the smell of funky cheese coming from some distance away. I just had to get some of that whiffy stuff and knew if I followed my nose, like any good rodent, I would find it.
Sure enough, after a nice walk along some park trails and through some quiet neighborhoods, I zeroed in on the tantalizing target. Now, who would leave all this great cheese laying out here in the middle of nowhere? It's a puzzle...
Mmmmm... turns out it was Gouda, my favorite. I'm not the greedy type, so I just took a wedge and went on my merry way.
Even though I was in a nice place, I decided to low-tail it back home where I knew I wouldn't be bothered by humans or their pets after hours and I could eat my cheese in peace.
