The cache is approximately 8 miles in from the nearest trailhead
over very respectible ups & downs. We hiked in, camped, day
hiked to the spot, camped, and hiked out. Very fun. Beautiful
granite at the tree line. You could also get there on horseback.
The cache is a 3x6x10 oval plastic container and is located just
south of the lake. It's a beautiful spot.
The contents as of June 2008 are:

- camper's saw
- 2 glow sticks
- emergency blanket
- shark tooth necklace
- a bag of pirate coins (take one)
