The container is a small cannister with screw on lid , has the log and pencil and can hold coins and some small travel bugs / swag the coordinates will bring you to downtown Leakseville . Next to the museum is a tank,hence the name ,I found out we just did not have enough caches in this section of the state .The difficulty rating is rated so for the fact of the possibility of muggles , so be discreet as usual !Congrats goes out to lharrison616 FTF and GEOscience STF thanks
