You are looking for a lock-an-lock container that contains some
small trade items. This is another hiding technique that I first
saw in Cacheville and hope that you enjoy hunting it as much as I
enjoyed finding that one.
This is a very muggle rich area at times and great stealth will
be required during those times. The hints may be spoilers.
