This was how the BIG SPLASH! at East Coast Park used to be. Launched in 1976, it was Singapore's first water theme park. The seven-storey high and colorful slides were a unique feature at this aquatic complex.
In 2007, the aquatic complex was demolished. The remaining building was renovated to house dining and recreation outlets. Officially reopened on 8th March 2008, this place is now known as Playground@Big Splash.
