Geocache Description:

Cache is located at 44°15.ABC 88°2D.EFG

I've decided to take this artist cache and fold it into a new series of past and present Appleton (Fox Valley) Artisans to showcase the incredible and vast talent we are surrounded by.

Inspired by recent conversations with some of my artist friends, I decided to explore the valley a bit and share with you some of the places where each of them have left an impact on the physical and metaphysical landscape of the Valley. The Artisans of Appleton series will reveal to you just how much our cherished Fox Valley artists have contributed to the arts and culture of this place. It should make you proud call the Valley your home.

The posted coordinates will bring you to the front of a house wherein a local art teacher and sculptor extraordinaire, Tim Brunn, once lived. While the original garden sculptures went with Tim to his new home, vestiges of his art will remain on the house proper. Tim's house is home to the likenesses of famous politicians and actors among others. When I asked him why he has created so many sculptures that aren't for sale, he said "I do it just for the fun of it.".
