Cache is a good old ammo can. Be careful while looking for this cache, it is hidden on the side of a steep hill overlooking the Valley. It has a great view of the surrounding area.
This cache is located at the College of St. Scholastica in the Valley of Silence. Park in the soccer field parking lot and walk on the Valley trail until you reach Monastic hill. Take a right down the single track trail into the Valley of Silence. Hopefully you can experience some of the silence that the valley offers and that the song that the cache gets it's name from inspires, 'Sound of Silence' by Simon and Garfunkel: "Hello darkness, my old friend I've come to talk with you again Because a vision softly creeping Left its seeds while I was sleeping And the vision that was planted in my brain Still remains Within the sound of silence "
