Glacier Battlefield is so named by the imagination of a nine year old boy. The area reminded him of both Devil's Den and a glacial moraine.
Located in SGL #73 - all game lands regulations apply; especially the wearing of blaze orange during hunting season. No overnight camping, etc. Cache is small, but some hunting may be required due to the heavy foliage and GPS bouncing. The best read I could get was about 16 feet or so; you'll need to use some old fashioned searching skills. Minor bushwacking needed, but the cach is within about 40 or so feet of the Mid State Trail. Elevation about 2231.
Bring a pen. Logbook only. A little over half a mile from the parking coordinates.
