You found the Medal.

Welcome to the Isle of Valor.

This new Veteran's Memorial honors 2 Congressional Medal of Honor recipients who hail from the town of Menasha. The dedication ceremony, which takes place on September 8th, is honored to have the surviving recipient, SP4 Kenneth Stumpf, as guest speaker. It will be a memorable occasion to honor our fallen sons and I hope some of you can attend.

To have 2 Medal of Honor recipients, the highest award bestowed upon soldiers in action, from the same town is a rare thing. Even rarer is the opportunity to hear one of them speak 40 years after he received the honor. Because of this, anybody who attends this historic occasion or visits the memorial on September 8th, will be able to log it twice, provided you relate some of your experience of this historic occasion.

To solve the puzzle, just fill in the following statements:
On April, FE, BCGJ, SP4 Stumpf made H Trips under heavy machine gun fire to rescue his comrades.
1st SGT Burr was fatally wounded after he threw his body on an enemy hand grenade to save the lives of his commanding officer and fellow soldiers. He died on December FE, AC(E-1)F.
Of the area veterans memorialized on the Valor Bridge, only D of them served in Korea.
The Soldiers and Sailors Memorial Building was commemorated in BCF(I+1).

UPDATE: Correction(10.21.07) Clue changed from FE, AC(J-1)F to FE, AC(E-1)F, for the death of 1st SGT Burr.
