Geocache Description:

As the title says this is not much of a city park.

I think it is part of Bowling Green park. You are searching for a painted waterproof matchstick container.
This is near the Rock River so be careful with kids. There is a boat launch near by. Park hours are 5am to 10pm. Do not look for this cache outside these hours.

Just a note: It is not in the tree that is hanging way over the water. Even though the clue might suggest this, I thought that would be too dangerous.
