FINAL IS NOT OUT IN THE MIDDLE OF THIS SWAMP (not yet anyway...)

Please be sure to grasp the cap by the base and rotate it carefully counter-clockwise so as not to break off the top loop attached to the tether when opening the cache to sign the log.
