Geocache Description:

Those words were spoken to me almost a year ago when I tore out of the caching gates and hit the trails running, so to speak. Since then I have placed many caches, the majority of which are complicated puzzles or custom made finals into which I invest a great deal of time.

My ultimate goal is to entertain and educate with every cache I place. This is not only rewarding for me, but for others as well. So, even though I don't take the shortest distance to placing caches, the target is always in sight.

But now it's time for a short break. This sport can get addictive and though I don't spend as much time as most in the field hunting them, I do spend a ton of time online and on my workbench creating them. Not only that, but the area is getting pretty well saturated now and as I eye up another dozen spots for the handful that I have in the works. I wonder just how many more can go out without overkill.

And with winter approaching and lots of others projects playing second fiddle to my constant drive to create new caches, I am putting myself on a voluntary 12-step (or about 600 in this case) recovery program (although you may still see my name in soon to be released collaborations).

So, it's all about pacing yourself. Literally. When you get to the starting point you will notice, perhaps, a familiar Houdini plaque which will verify that you are in the right spot. Start your count at the plaque. Your ultimate goal is to get from this starting plaque to the finish plaque, without going outside and with as few paces as possible. (Going outside does not include being under structural cover).

Step inside and begin counting your paces.
From where you are now, go to 3. Go out, then across and slightly down to 3. Go inside, inside again, through and down diagonally. Now, go past the espresso, veer toward the pergolas and pillars, past the place where Captain and Jack play, and into Vince's neck of the woods. Don't get distracted and loose count as you make your way through the whole gallery. Now, proceed to the nearest lift and go to 2. Go through another pass-through - nice view! - through, and through again. Go out, then across and slightly up to 3. Now go down to 1, find the plaque and the cache.

Please include your pace count in your found log.

NOTE: You may not may able to complete this cache if you attempt after normal business hours although most of the doors you need to pass through are open 24/7.
