Geocache Description:


That is what I was told when I first came to Canberra. In fact, they said that Canberra was so boring that they actually rolled up the sidewalks at 5:30pm every night and put them back out in the morning. There wasn't anyone around to use them.

Of course, we all know that it is a fantastic place to live, work, bring up a family, and of course geocache.

Once again, a Squirrel mystery multi is here for the taking...
Decrypt the puzzle below to find WP1.



At WP1, a very negative sign awaits you!
On this negative sign, there are three big NO-NOs.

i.e.
NO (word1)

Using number values of letters...

A = third letter in word1 plus third letter in word2
B = fifth letter in word3 plus fifth letter in word2
C = third letter in word3 minus fourth letter in word3

D = sixth letter in word1 minus seventh letter in word3
