This cache is a thank you to Bill and Betty. I won the ammo can you will find at the end of this cache at their recent Weiner Roast already loaded with goodies and logbook, so thanks. NOTE, IT IS NOW A LOCK-N-LOCK CONTAINER. But also thanks for opening your home to all of as each of the last four years. I decide to pay them back with a cache I’m sure Bill will enjoy and a puzzle that he won’t, but that Betty might. Now, on to the cache.
To get to it, you must solve the attached puzzle. I had to archive my recent sudoku puzzle cache and promised a new puzzle was coming soon and here it is. But unlike last time, this one is not a sudoku. There are far too many websites out there that will solve one for you, taking a lot of the challenge out of it. Also, unlike last time, you will need to do some math on this one. There’s nothing too hard, just some adding and subtracting, multiplying and dividing, and a few cubes, squares and square roots thrown in for good measure. A calculator will come in handy.
Once you’ve solved the puzzle, pull the necessary numbers off the grid and fill in the coordinates below.
N 41 G7 C2.I5 G6 G7
W 90 H3 E8.C5 C8 G1
Hunting is allowed in the area where the cache is hidden, so be sure to wear orange if you’re there during hunting season. Or don’t go during hunting season if it concerns you.
You can check your answers for this puzzle on Geochecker.com.
