The Game

The Challenge:
The yearly Texas Challenge event is a competition between 4 regional teams. These teams are Southeast Texas (SETX), Central Texas (CenTex), North Texas (NTX), and West Texas (WTX). SETX encompasses Houston and surrounding areas, Beaumont, and Pineywoods. CenTex encompasses the San Antonio and Austin areas. NTX encompasses the Dallas/Ft. Worth area.
We realize that not everyone fits exactly into one of these areas and in that case you are free to pick a team. For that matter, if there is someone that lives in one of the defined areas, it's ok to compete on a different team if you have friends or relatives that you want to compete with, but most cachers do choose to compete in the area that they live. If you are unsure what area you want to compete, then you can let us know and we can wait until we have more of the registrations in and place you on a team that could use more hunters based on numbers.

Special Events
Friday Night! The Bedrock Bash!

Camp Li'l Cacher is a go! We will have activities and events for any kids that want to hang back at camp. Meet up at the main dining hall. It will keep the kids busy from 9:00AM-2:00PM. We will have you "log" your kids in so we can "log" them out. Just like Travel Bugs-we don't want to lose any! We will have snacks for them but if they are especially carniverous, you might want to send a sack lunch.

Saturday Night Event! Saturday Night Fever hosted by AnthonyV and the San Antonio Geocaching Association.
