You are looking for a magnetized 35 MM film canister. Permission has been acquired from the Public Works Director of Parking and Operations for the City of Green Bay (Chris Pirlot) for the placement of this cache. (Thanks Chris!) This cache IS winter friendly! This cache IS NOT in any elevator or stairwell! Have fun!
This one might be a little tough. Even so, you will find the cap of the canister matches the color of its surroundings, above head level. You will be facing North, in an opening to see the sky, then look around. Please be sure to return the container to it's EXACT location when replacing. Thanks!
