This is a micro in an area that is busy with ball players in the summer months and might be tough to get, hence the difficulty rating. Other times it will be a park and grab.
This cache is placed in a prominent Shelby ball field that is used for Stars of Tomorrow tournaments. It will be a heavy-muggle area at times; thus, the difficulty rating. My advice would be to come early or come late. Better yet, come in the winter months and there won't be a problem at all. Bring your own writing utensil.
This was just moved, as the hiding place was taken away. Hope they put a new one up. For now, it's not far away, though. See the hint for some help.
