A two-part mystery cache. Short walk with easy access for dogs.
A small amount of off-road parking at entrance to Herstmonceux Castle (co-ordinates below). Herstmonceux Castle and Science Centre worth a visit while you are here. Footpath very muddy when wet and a steep slope but beautiful bluebells in April and some great trees to clamber on. Co-ordinates lead you to the first part of a multi-cache where you will find something you need to take and use and some final co-ordinates. Please leave everything as you found it. Bring your own pencil to sign log book. We took 10 readings to get original coordinates so they are accurate, however during summer months tree cover means gps reception is poor. Also you don't know what you're looking for until you find it!
Cache contains log book and some very small swaps. NO PENCIL.
