Dies ist ein Cache der Cacheserie, wie sie auf dem Kasseler Geocacher Stammtisch am 04.03.05 beschlossen wurde. Dabei sollen Caches in der Nähe von Gotteshäusern ausgelegt werden, die entweder historisch oder architektonisch eine Besonderheit darstellen. Es ist hierbei völlig egal, welcher Religion diese Häuser angehören. Jeder der an dieser Serie teilnehmen möchte, kann dies tun. Er sollte sich jedoch an die einheitliche Schreibweise halten, damit die einzelnen Caches der Serie zuzuordnen sind. Außerdem ist dieser Absatz zu kopieren und mit in die Beschreibung aufzunehmen. Zusätzlich sollte man wenn möglich, eine Beschreibung des Ortes liefern, damit man auch etwas über dieses Gotteshaus erfahren kann. Der Cache ist bitte so zu verstecken, dass er die Würde des Ortes nicht verletzt. Gegebenfall ist er so zu platzieren, dass er über eine Wegpunktprojektion zu finden ist und die eigentlichen Koordinaten auf das Gebäude selbst weisen.

This is a cache of a cache-series as accorded on the Kassel Geocache-Meeting on April 3rd, 2005. In this series, a cache should be placed near a location of worship. The location should be of historical and/or architectural interest. The religious denomination is irrelevant. Any person interested to participate can do so. The general rules on writing should be closely observed, so that an individual cache may be identified as pertaining to the series. Furthermore, this paragraph should be copied and should be included in the description. Additional information on the location should be included. This would help to add to the knowledge about the place of worship. The cache should be hidden without interferring with the dignity of the location of worship. In order to assure this, the cache could be find by a waypoint projection, while the coordinates themselves point to the location of worship.

Die katholische St. Elisabeth-Kirche ist eines der schönsten Gotteshäuser des Historismus in der Bonner Südstadt. Die Grundsteinlegung war 1906. Die Kirche ist eine dreischiffige Basilika auf nahezu rechteckigem Grundriss mit halbrundem Hauptchor und zwei Seitenchören. Die Kirche enthält zahllose Details, die der Besucher selbst entdecken kann. Dazu gehört auch der in der Vierung aufgehängte, staufischen Vorbildern folgende Radleuchter (siehe auch der Aachener Dom). The catholic St. Elizabeth-church ist one of the most beautiful places of worship of the historicism in the Bonn southern part of the town. Laying of the foundation stone was in 1906. St Elisabeth has a nave and 2 side-aisles set principally in a square format with a semi-circular main chancel and 2 side-chancels.The church contains innumerable details waiting to be discovered by the visitor. For example the circular lamps made in the style of the Hohenstaufen dynasty which hang in the transept. (look also the Dom of Aachen).
