This is on the Cherokee MHI walking trail....easy walk...probably, easy fine...please take care an replace as you find.
NEWS...is actually the inials For "N"orth, "E"ast, "W"est and "S"outh. This cache is all about directions. The walking Trail of CMHI, is now featured on places to go, in Iowa. It is a 3.2 mile trail, used all year round. But better known as the yearly site for regional cross-country track. There are many parts of the trail...that have a great vista....so take your time and look around. Animals are everywhere...one needs only to look. If you are in to birds...we have had the rare Bob-a-link nest in the area.
Remember you are on state grounds...pictures need to be approved by the Administration...particularly of other people. Unless you know them. Not something to be worried about....just respect the patients...it is the law.
This is a great place to hike....and Enjoy The Day!!!
