Geocache Description:

This is at the overlook at Waller Mill park. They charge a couple bucks for entry so be prepared for that. Quite a view, so bring your camera. There are several other caches in the park and a string of them on the paved trail. Even though it is close to the road you have to park near the office and take a short walk to the cache. There is a short climb just before you get to the overlook, thus the terrain rating. The container is a midsize box, hidden under the overlook in a "holder", but it is accessed without any tools or dismantling of the structure. You push one end way up to free the other end.
