Go to the given coordinates and you will end up on a excercise point. There's a bridge nearby. At its upstream side there are A pieces of vertical wooden supports. There's also a wooden structure with log-like weights. The number of the weights is B.

To find out the accurate coordinates you have to find an extra cache hidden near the given coordinates. It's a film canister in an easy hide and it contains instructions for solving the accurate coordinates also in english. During icy weather the extra cache might be impossible to take out from it's hide.
