Geocache Description:

looking for a cigar container - camo colored with a log and a geo-pencil in side - but maybe bring your own writing tool just in case. Located smack dab in the middle of a well used rec park, please show patience if this site has mugglers within site.

Millston is named after the Mills family who first established their residence here in the late 1900's. Being a small town, the locals utilize the rec park to create funding for various needed municipal needs, by holding softball and horse shoe tournaments at various times throughout the year. The memorial trail that surrounds the park, has a variety of plaques that allow the locals to express their gratitude towards the community.

Well known for it's early days of playing a part in keeping the "400" railroad going, the Millston depot served well for the local community to take advantage of the connection it allowed to the larger cities on either end. Many of the local families here today still remember stories of how their grandparents interacted with the railway.

We would like to thank Dan Smrekar, Millston Town Chairman, for allowing us to place a Cache in this location...
