This is a traditional cache. You can combine the search with a family picnic or sporty activities.
Note: During wintertime the cache is covered by snow.
By the side of the jogging and cross-country skiing route there is the tepee called Kuukkeli, maintained by the town of Kiuruvesi. The tepee contains a fireplace and benches, which invite you for a rest.
As a starting point you can choose for example the parking place at N63° 39.627’ E26° 34.454’ (Jänteenhalli, distance to the cache about 2.5 km) or at N63° 40.916’ E26° 32.311’ (distance to the cache about 600m).
Note: During wintertime the cache is covered by snow.
