Remember that scene, Ferris and Cameron picking up Sloan from high
school and driving away? That scene was filmed on the same street
as this cache. How do I know? I was there. I saw them film it one
September day after school. Ferris went to my high school. A lot of
the 80's movies were filmed around where I lived growing up.
Perhaps more Movie Cache's will pop up from me, all 80's John
Hughes themed, as he was the one that filmed all around here.
Some stealth is obviously required, as there are two schools in
the general area. Try hard to avoid Ed Rooney.
NOTE: This cache is not on school property. There is no
need to search on, or cross onto school property while hunting this
cache!

HISTORY
In the 1980's, John Hughes filmed most of his classic teen movies
right here in Chicago's North Shore area. The point of this Movie
Cache Series is to take to you some of the places his movies were
filmed.
