Geocache Description:

This amazing cache consists of five physical caches around the world. Each cache contains the coordinates to the next one. The first continent is Europe, then Americas, followed by Africa, Oceania, Asia and Europe.

Spy_Team in Portugal devised the idea for this series of caches. Think of it as a giant around the world multicache, but cachers may log the individual stages in each continent. The following text is taken from Spy_Team. It explains the concept a bit more and can be found in their cache listing.

1st Point - Europe - Portugal
2nd Point - Americas - USA
3rd Point - Africa - South Africa
4th Point - Oceania - Australia
5th Point - Asia - Japan
Last Point - Europe - Portugal

This is an amazing cache formed by five physical caches around the world.

Each cache contains the coordinates to the next one. The first continent is Europe, then Americas, followed by Africa, Oceania/Australia, Asia and Europe.

You have two ways of getting this cache: by doing a trip around the world (this is the best way, I would love to do it) or gathering a world wide team of friends to help with the search.

  RULES

  1. In Each cache around the world, the finder must log and write the team members so far. This way we can confirm that a real world wide team his working together.

    Example:

In Americas Cache, the local finder must write in the log the name of the Europe team member.

          In
South Africa Caches, the local finder must write the in the log the names of Europe and Americas team members.

          And so on.

In the last cache, the local finder must write in the log the names of all team members.

  2. All team members can and should write notes on all the steps around the world.

  3. We accept that all team members register there finds with a log in all steps around the world.

VERY IMPORTANT

ALL LOGS AND NOTES MUST BE WRITTEN IN ENGLISH.

Geocaching rules says that only the one that finds and signs the log book can register the found it.
The others must only write notes.

Americas leg details:

The Americas cache is hidden in Rochester, the 3rd largest city in the state of New York. Rochester has been called the "Flour City", the "Flower City" and is a center for imaging.

The nice parks in Rochester are one of our greatest assets; the cache is placed in one of these, Durand-Eastman Park. This park adjoins Lake Ontario and also has a few small lakes of its own. It used to house a zoo accounting for a large variety of trees, shrubs and plants on park premises. Other recreational opportunities here include golfing at the 18 hole Robert Trent Jones-designed golf course and swimming under life guard supervision in Lake Ontario, the 14th largest lake in the world. Also of course there are plenty of hiking and geocaching opportunities here! The park itself was a gift to the city of Rochester from Dr. Henry Durand and George Eastman. George Eastman in particular plays a large part in the history of Rochester due to his philanthropy and his founding of the Eastman Kodak Company.

The cache container is a 2 quart lock and lock. Depending on the season and approach the terrain rating will change. The overall difficulty is rated higher based on the around the world concept.

FTF belongs to pbrandao (Europe), ccrider2000 (America), Wormgeocash (Africa), The Hancock Clan (Oceania), tlbeers (Asia). they go by the name Team Ozone, congratulations to all, nice team work.

First to sign the Americas leg logbook was Wheelygood.

Good luck
