Geocache Description:

You are looking for a very little cache in a newer park. Park hours are 6am-10pm

An official dedication ceremony for the park occurred in May 2007. It was dedicated to Roger Amundson who served as the head of the city's park and recreation program from 1973 until 2002. The park took about two years to develop, and currently includes a large shelter house, playground equipment, two scenic walking trails and a canoe landing. Further development is planned for the park. We would like to thank Brad Gilbertson, Recreation Director for giving us permission to place this cache.
