A mini ammo can located near the Oklahoma trailhead of the
Ouachita
Trail, in Talimena State Park.
Another in the Talimena Treasures series. This ammo can was
placed
mostly because of the need for ammo can caches in the area,
and
also because we haven't set out any caches recently.
The Talimena State Park is located a few miles north of
Talihina,
OK, just off of US 271. This is a nice park area that makes a
nice
base for exploring the area. The cache itself, placed with
permission, is by fallen timber, with standard
geocache-o-flauge.
