Geocache Description:

The ruins of the Árpád-aged church in the bourg of Szentbalázs.

The 13th century church with a crypt was extended with a sacristy chapel and a west nave with a choir loft in the following centuries.
It's closed with a sanctuary, which is inside arched and outside straight.
It ruined in the middle of the 16th century and was renovated in the year of the Millenium.

The easiest approach is from the Zánka-Nagyvázsony road. You should turn onto a dirtroad near Szentantalfa (N 46 55.079 E 17 40.729). It's about 2km from there.
The environment and the view in charming and intimate as well.
The password is the fruit of the tree which is located by the main entrance of the church.
Attention! In winter it may be hard to find out the password if you're not good at botany.
