Geocache Description:

This is one of a series of caches paying tribute to Alfred Hitchcock for his classic thriller movies. The goal in creating this Hitchcock series was to find a location relevant to each movie.

Vertigo (1958) is about a private detective caught in a never-ending spiral of deception and obsession as he discovers the truth behind the death of the woman he loved when she fell from the church tower.

Trivia - Hitchcock is quoted as saying, “I am scared easily, here is a list of my adrenaline-production: 1: small children, 2: policemen, 3: high places, 4: that my next movie will not be as good as the last one.”

You may already know that Hitchcock appeared briefly and discreetly (stealth) in each of his films. In Vertigo he appears eleven minutes into the movie … in a grey suit walking in the street.
