Geocache Description:

Finding this cache could truly prove to be an adventure!

***please note that the final location has changed.... Brave mugglers have found the former location ..

**This cache is located on PRIVATE property, but the property owner has granted permission to place the cache here. **

That's the GOOD news!

Parking coordinates are provided.

The BAD news is, after gaining permission, I set out to find the perfect area to use.. on my journey, I walked down a near by foot path a few hundred yards only to find myself trapped by a hungry pack of vicious timber wolves! I was surrounded. (Good thing I carry pepper spray, it saved my life!) Being the adventurous sort, and true to my Geocaching spirit, I continued on after successfully fending off the wolves, sending them holwing into the night.. I am REALLY quite sure they were just passing through the area anyway..

As I stepped out into the middle of the "frozen" small lake in the area, I realized that the recent thaw had not worked to my advantage, the ice cracked and I dropped the first geocache container(**OOPS**) and quickly took the coordinates.(You can find it about 90 feet out into that very same lake--**GIVEN COORDINATES ** I am SURE that it will be ok, after all, it's a waterproof container) You probably will need some kind of watercraft to find this part, and I am sure scuba gear will be quite helpful too! ( In winter months, you may want to bring an ice auger)

When you retrieve the first leg, you will find the coordinates of the final. Put the container back into the same place when done. ( Just hold your breath, you will be fine)

Now to find the final, you will surely want to bring some sort of climbing gear, a nice walking stick and PLENTY of bug spray ( the mosquitos are HORRENDOUS even in winter.. YIKES) Also, it is advisable that you bring a GEO BUDDY along on this cache, one that preferably is trained for emergency situations ( snakes, bears, badgers, martins, timber wolves, etc not to mention the nasty falls.. are there SUPPOSED to be bats around here this time of year?)

After you make it to the top, make sure you are careful of where you put your feet. Yes, you (or your buddy) will need to go IN there to retrieve the final. ( Bring your flashlight!!)

After you have found the final, make sure you stop in to see the owner ( His name is Scott)... I am sure he will be happy to know yet another geocacher has survived!!

Good Luck!!
and don't be afraid to take a picture or two of you adventure and post it for others to see. ( Sometimes it helps to know what you are up against)
******For those of you who are "scared"... I have included the final waypoint if you would like to proceed directly to that location and skip the lake.******

Please not that the FINAL COORDINATES have changed ( former location was muggled)
