This cache is placed on private property with permission. Please be respectful of the surroundings. Extreme stealth may be required at times, or come back when the coast is clear. This could be a quick park and grab for some cachers. The cache is hidden in plain sight. You should be able to spot it from your vehicle. The question is: What does a cache look like? Once you have figured out in your mind where the cache is located, sneak over and retrieve the container from its camouflage hideout. Then sit down nearby to sign the logbook. There may be some goodies in the container. I may upgrade the container to a peanut butter jar later but I have to eat the peanut butter first. Stealth will mainly be required for retrieving and replacing the cache. Finding this cache does not require any stooping, scrounging, poking, digging, or other physical activity. You will not get your hands dirty. The cache is not near the arcade building or mini golf course. It is also not near the swimming pool or flagpole. Snow will not affect this cache. If I tell you any more I might as well meet you there and point at it.
