CACHE IS NOT AT THE POSTED COORDINATES.
Cache is a 1 litre mayonnaise container with a generous helping of
camo tape to top it off. The final location is close to the inner
harbour and is appropriate for people visiting Victoria with only
walking transportation.
I guess we all have to work for a living. Victoria is a great place
to work but also a great place to vacation. For those of us working
in Victoria this cache is dedicate to you and has a bit of a
"Tourist in you Hometown Theme". However, there are many people who
visit our great city. To them we say "WELCOME TO VICTORIA AND ENJOY
THE SIGHTS"
The posted coordinates will take you to the Tourism Centre where
you can look up the information you need if you do not have
Internet access.
To find the cache you need to LOCATE the following and it should
all fit into place.

This is not a comprehensive list of activities while in Victoria
but it should give you an idea of the many things you can do while
in town. The GeoHackers are not endorsing any of these activities
although we love Victoria and do think it is a great place to live,
work and geocache. Try to remember those of us who are working
while you are looking for the cache.
This cache is within walking distance of the inner harbour and
should be a quick find once you solve the puzzle.
When retrieving the cache please do not step on any flower beds,
etc. You can bend down and reach in to grab it. Watch for
muggles.You can get to within inches of the cache by wheel chair
but reaching it would be hard.
An unactivated micro geocoin has been placed in the cache as a FTF
prize.
