Geocache Description:

The series was originally created by AudnJohn, now adopted by Orlando's Rat. Thank you, I hope I live up to your trust.

This series complements the Country Pubs of Sussex (CoPS) series instigated by Sparkyweb. This is one of a sequence of village inns in and around the Angmering area. Whilst each of them can be readily accessed by car, a little pre–planning and possession of a map can easily convert the route into a pleasant stroll along paths and leafy lanes through Angmering and its environs.

The Fox - Patching

The Fox enjoys a high reputation locally for the quality of its food and serves a range of beers, including some from the local Hammerpot brewery. There are outdoor facilities and special meals for children and dogs are welcome in the extensive garden areas Currently open traditional pub hours For those not wishing to avail themselves of the hostelry's facilities, on road parking is possible nearby.

The cache is a small tape camouflaged container approx 90mm x 65mm diameter with room for small swaps, TB’s, Geocoins, etc.
