Located near the Rapid Speedway at the Lyon County fairgrounds in Rock Rapids, IA. It is also just off the road that leads to the Rock Rapids 'tree dump'. Parking is very close, so there are no long walks involved. You may want to avoid this one on race nights (Friday nights at 8:00 PM during the racing season) and during the Lyon County Fair. Bring your own pen and please replace it as you found it!
There have been several cachers mention something about a "decoy"... There was not any type of decoy placed by the owner.
