Ice and Wind: I've allowed a little extra time on this one to allow the cache owner to respond or adopt the cache over to another cacher but there hasn't been any response so I must regretfully archive it. My suggestion at this point would be for someone to replace the temporary container with a permanent one and submit a new cache listing for this location.
