this is at one of two city water towers.( the silver one ) on a dead end road.
when i was a child i got dropped on my head, and i have never been right since. this cache should prove that. well actually that did not really happen so i guess i have no excuse. this is my second cache placement at this site. i had to let the first one( mean things on my mind ) go because of some construction in the area. hopefully this one will be as enjoyable as that one was for everyone. this is a log only cache so bring your pen.
