Micro located in yet another park I didn't know of.
While I was watching the smallest Pigglet play baseball, one of the rookies smoked one off the top of his bat and I watched it sail foul towards a parent parked on a blanket talking to another parent. "HEADS UP" some people yelled, just IN TIME for her to duck and it sailed over her. WHEW! That was close! And I just happened to have a micro in my pocket that I had retrieved from an early spot. (some one beat me to it...LOL...so I had to give sway to THAT hiding spot). I thought this would be a PERFECT spot for a quick grab cache.
I have another hidden in a ball park in Rothschild, and I'm thinking of starting a semi-official "park micro" cache string. It's amazing the number of parks that we have in the area, And also VERY lucky to have I might add. Some of the fondest memeories of growing up (and I have many) are ball parks, and dugouts. It's from these places MANY dreams would take hold, and many memories made. And although it's a rare few who go on to play College ball, Amature, Farm, and Pro.... ALL take something precious. Memories and that feeling of...."PLAY BALL"
