Park at the turnout across from the 18 mile post on the Richardson Highway.
See the TRAIL sign, start there. A quick 5-minute hike will bring you to the coordinates. The satellite reception isn’t great, but you’ll see the sign. Read it for interesting information. Cache is nearby. Please put the cache back the way you found it.
For a very pleasant hike (and more caches), continue on the trail to the Bear Creek Bridge. Once the trail meets the old road, it’s a very easy hike. When we put the cache out, we found wild violets blooming about ¼ mile before the bridge.
