Geocache Description:

The Good News:   The Cache IS at the posted cords

The Bad News:   You must read the cache page for requirements to log this cache!

This is a "Challenge Cache", Failure to follow the listed rules WILL result in your log being deleted.

Don't make me be the bad guy!

Disclaimer: This cache is not for everybody.

This cache was placed and created based on  "Well Rounded Cacher" (The Fizzy Challenge) GC11E8Nand all of its counterparts.

To be able to claim a find on this cache, you will need to first find at least one cache of every difficulty/terrain combination (81 unique combinations). As part of those finds, you'll need to have at least one of each of the cache types below (the different cache types DO count against the 81, so if you find a 3.5/3.5 multi-cache, it fulfills both requirements.)

I've excluded LOCATIONLESS Caches as they've been phased out:

Needed Cache Types*

Traditional Cache - Traditional Cache

Multi Cache - Multi Cache

Mystery Cache - Mystery Cache

Virtual Cache - Virtual Cache

Letterbox Hybrid - Letterbox Hybrid

Earthcache - EarthCache

Webcam Cache - Webcam Cache

Event Cache - Event Cache

CITO Event - CITO Event

Optional Cache Types*

- Mega-Event    - Adventure Exhibits   - Wherigo   - Locationless   - Project APE

How do you track your caches? There are three options:

  1. Create a bookmark list and keep track

  2. Upload your My Finds PQ to It's Not About The Numbers

  3. Use FizzyMagic's FindStats Program (requires download)

Basic rules (to keep things easy)

  1. All PREVIOUS cache finds DO count - you do NOT start from "0" at this point

  2. All finds (except the Event and CITO Events) must be on caches that were Published BEFORE this cache (June 14th, 2009) (to avoid "dummy caches" being listed just to meet the requirements)

  3. Though the cache title on these types mention a specific state, your finds can be in any state or country.

  4. No rating changes of existing caches will be accepted as counting towards your goal

  5. Generally accepted rules, guidelines and conditions for logging a cache find apply

  6. These must be caches listed on Geocaching.com that you have personally (physically) found and logged

  7. No logging finds on caches you own will be allowed

  8. If you have others with you when you find the final cache, only those who have fulfilled ALL criteria for this cache will be allowed to log it as a find.
Finds without the proper back-up will be deleted

  9. This cache does not count as the 5/5 in the matrix. You must find a 5/5 before this one

  10. Caches hidden but never intended to meet their D/T rating are ineligible. They're pretty obvious.

  11. NOTE: All caches logged as FOUND for this challenge cache must have been placed by the owner with genuine intent to meet the requirements of their D/T (Difficulty/Terrain) rating as outlined on Geocaching.com.

Please follow these rules to maintain a level playing field for everyone.  Please keep the spirit of The Challenge in mind.

Please keep to these simple rules to keep things fun for everybody. Smiley

To get credit for this find (and keep your find from being deleted) you must post one of the following with your found log:

  1.  A link to a bookmark list showing all the caches that meet the requirements; OR

  2.  A link to your page on ItsNotAboutTheNumbers showing your finds.

  3. You can check and validate your current finds by a few ways.  Please be aware, though, these methods will not check against the date cutoff requirement

  1. The final cache location is a 2/2.5. The 5/5 for the overall cache rating is based on the need to find a 5/5 to qualify to log this cache.

If you have already completed and logged THE FIZZY CHALLENGE elsewhere, you are welcome here as well!
