THis cache is in the Marshall City limits. Thanks go to Marshall Mayor Connie Latimer for granting permission to place the cache.
I have moved the cache a few yards to the southwest for easier hunting. The new coordinates are:
N 39 05.397 W 093 12.339
The cache is a match holder. Sorry, but it is a bit high for wheelchair access.
The area can be very Muggle friendly at times so stealth will be needed. Parking is available close to the cache. With help, the cache can be wheelchair accessable.
