Roseville Cache Protection Agency

The Roseville caches have not felt at ease ever since the rumors of the group of caches called the Outsiders started to surface. Faced with many complaints from caches in the city the government felt pressured to do something about the problem. After many meeting and discussions a decision was made to come up with a special division of the police strictly to deal with cache protection within the city limits. So it came to be that the “Roseville Cache Protection Agency” was born.

Chief Ernest Berkowitz

As the head of this elite force Ernest is very proud of the job they do. He answers directly to the mayor and the city council. The caches of Roseville are very proud of the job he has done so far. The Chief has been on the job for 43 years and has an exemplary record. He graduated top of his class in 66’ from the prestigious Cache Protectors Institute of Virginia.
